· Introducing company’s services to new prospects and find new markets to achieve the branch business targets
· Selling Takaful, Investment and Saving plans according to the need of the customers
· Creating and implementing strategic sales actions to ensure that the targets are fully met by the branch
· Recruiting and developing a team of Assistant Mangers, Unit Managers and consultants
· Providing best services to existing clients and ensure services will be fulfilled in terms of renewal, claims, maturities, surrenders and partial withdrawals, etc.
· Conducting daily, weekly and monthly meetings with sales force to review their performance
· Communicating and reporting to the zonal manager about the ongoing activities in the branch
· Responsible to provide information to customer about the product of company and make strong relation with the existing customer
· Proactive attitude, target driven, must be focused on the results
· Self Starter with high Motivation
· The job requires pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
