We are looking for office secretary to join our multinational company.

  • Assist Management in and outside Pakistan in their daily routine task
  • Coordinate with different department for updating the reports
  • Greeting guests, walk ins, customers
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings
  • Assisting Administration and HR department
  • Attending and receiving telephone calls
  • Managing MS Outlook and emails
  • Willing to travel abroad when needed
  • Record Keeping and filing

The candidate should have a working knowledge of computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary, as well as organizational skills.
