The Bitrix CRM Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions.
- iplementation of the CRM system and to ensure that all business requirements are addressed
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to review & finalize functional specification for required implementation
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and development of user stories
- Develop work-breakdown structures
- Provide risk assessment
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the solution
- Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to CRM
- Train CRM business users
- Provide second and third-level support to business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and system configuration issues
