Skyline Marketing seeks a motivated Real Estate Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating leads and building strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and cold calling techniques. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in lead generation and customer relationship management within the real estate sector. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a self-driven individual who can handle a high volume of outbound calls and maintain organized client records using CRM software.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding Skyline Marketing's client base by identifying prospects, engaging them with relevant information about our real estate offerings, and qualifying their interest. A solid understanding of the real estate market enables you to address client inquiries confidently and provide valuable insights. Your communication skills will help in nurturing leads through timely follow-ups, contributing directly to the companys sales growth and reputation in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads in the real estate market.
- Engage potential clients by delivering clear and compelling information about properties and services offered by Skyline Marketing.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions, manage contact information, and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Qualify leads by assessing the needs and interests of potential clients during conversations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market to provide accurate and relevant information to leads and clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to encourage future business opportunities.
- Manage call schedules and prioritize prospects to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Document call outcomes and provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- Work independently to meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests received via phone or CRM system.
