Assistant Sales Manager required for upcoming High-Rise Luxury Apartments Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Skyline Matrix is bringing one of the biggest luxury apartments complexes in Islamabad/Rawalpindi which will be an Iconic project.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Sales manager is responsible for dealing with potential buyers and reporting to head of Sales on daily basis. S/he is also required to achieve the set sales targets and to assist the sales manager in implementing the overall sales and marketing strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to and follow sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
- Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions summarily.
- Assist sales managers by overseeing the sales staff.
- Expedite sales of luxury High Rise apartments and Commercial areas by establishing contact with clients using different sales and marketing strategies including social media, cold calling, digital media and establish relationship with potential clients at national as well Overseas.
- Giving sales presentations to potential buyers.
Salary:
Market competitive salary will be offered along with Handsome incentives in the form of percentage of sales.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Master in Marketing/ Sales will be preferred.
- LUMS and NUST graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in Real estate / Property development industry especially in High Rise Apartments will be preferred, however not essential.
- Confident in dealing with customers.
- Must be fluent in English and Urdu with excellent communication skills.
- Smart, Go Getter.
