Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary objective requires to derive from the Communication Specialist is to ensure and develop English proficiency among the employees in a professionally competent manner which includes both verbal and written skills development. A Communication Specialist’s responsibilities can vary based on the employees' academic level and native language. The main goal will require creating a supportive learning environment that will assist the employees to meet company objectives. Through interesting and diverse methods, he/she has to teach our employees the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. 

Job Description:

  • Training & Education: Trains and educates employees in the practical scenario so they can cope with the requirement of operational procedures. Guide/teach employees different methods of professional communication by which they can easily transfer their message to our global/local customers and vendors in an effective manner.
  • Planning course material and Activities: Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments to our employees as per the requirement of different departments. Use a real-life context to help employees to grasp the complexities of the English language and also assign homework (if required) and interesting exercises to employees to balance their office work.
  • Assessing the Employee's Progress: Allocate necessary assignments to all employees and submit their reports to concerned management along with it also preparing and distributing periodic progress reports.
  • Focusing on Individual Employees: Provide or devote individual time to different employees who need to learn the basics and are underperforming in contrast to their peers, in order to overcome the deficiencies, they are facing through effective interactive learning techniques. Suggest appropriate/alternative improvement methods, and be ready to teach them in small groups.

Activities:

  • Organize lectures and coursework.
  • Research new teaching methods.
  • Grade employee essays and tests.
  • Checking and Assessing.

Job Qualification:

Education:  Master's in English will be preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher/facilitator.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and technical educational procedures. Holder of CELTA or any English language certificate.
