Skylink Distribution Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist with the responsibilities to behold as:
- Oversees the sales and marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a vital part in communicating the organization’s marketing message.
- Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
- Prepare, plan, and manage the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
- Assist employees, when required, with technical issues and document incidents for future reference.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify the market trends, and suggest any system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports. Promote the company's existing services and also establish & define marketing plans & Strategies for different markets where logistics services are required
- Help in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure
- Finds ways to sell services of the company in the face of a down market
- Execute the responsibilities according to legal and ethical standards, do comply with the company’s policies and procedures related to the code of conduct.
- Develop and implement an internal sales and marketing program
- Reporting back to clients, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of goods movement.
- Checking countries’ legal requirements to ensure all the appropriate documentation (e.g. insurance and customs forms) is filled out.
- Organizing payments or processing transactions on behalf of the client, such as freight charges.
