You will coordinate all import and export activities. You must be interested in increasing your knowledge of world geography and the airline industry.
You will be in daily contact with customers, building relationships, problem-solving and assessing their service needs.
1) Taking customer service calls (e.g. shipment status, tracking & etc).
2) Handling queries via calls/emails/web enquires.
3) Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame
4) Completing comments in software.
5) Sending requests to stations for updates.
6) Maintaining daily query sheet.
7) Providing the best customer service with quality.
8) Reduce customer dissatisfaction.
