Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, Identifying customers’ needs and to provide solutions.
Candidate with one year experience will be preferred.
- Demonstrates skills to understand information and process the details .
- Solve problems using procedures provided in call center manual
- Maintains positive relations in all communications with internal and external clients/customers to enhance our business relationship.
- Accurately handling customer details.
- Prospective candidates must have:
- Good English language skills
- Preferably Good typing skills.
- Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
- Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
- Preferably one year of experience working in the call center industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
