Job Description

Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, Identifying customers’ needs and to provide solutions.

Candidate with one year experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates skills to understand information and process the details .
  • Solve problems using procedures provided in call center manual
  • Maintains positive relations in all communications with internal and external clients/customers to enhance our business relationship.
  • Accurately handling customer details.
  • Prospective candidates must have:
  • Good English language skills
  • Preferably Good typing skills.
  • Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
  • Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
  • Preferably one year of experience working in the call center industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills

Office Timingfrom 12:30 PM - 11:30PMWorking 9 Hrs for each consultant
