Skyray Ventures is looking to hire a SEO Manager to join our growing company!
We're looking for candidates who can analyze website traffic data, identify growth opportunities, and create a content-rich campaign to attract our target audience to that site.
You will be responsible for coordinating SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization. Your mission will be to ensure that content is optimized for search engines in order to increase our company's profitability. Furthermore, you'll also be in charge of providing direction, guidance, training, and leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve their full potential.
As our online presence is extremely crucial for the success of business, your position will play an important role in driving our business' growth and prosperity!
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content.
- Plan and create search engine strategies, goals, and calendars
- Use webmaster tools and Google analytics to analyze progress
- Collaborate with different departments to align SEO strategies
- Set up campaigns for pay per click, ads, and other revenue performers
- Oversee and supervise a team of search engine optimization interns
- Gather web analytics data to present it to the team members and senior leadership for improvements and feedback
- Supervise and coordinate content teams in off-page SEO tasks such as link building.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role
- Excellent ability to think creatively and strategically, as well as identify and solve problems
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics and other SEO services, tracking tools, webmaster tools, back-end SEO, and metadata
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
