Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats/emails from lead/customers.
- Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us.
- Test different tactics and channels to optimize sales process.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Past experience selling to any kind of businesses over the phone.
- Strong ownership attitude -- you will own the end-to-end sale.
- Interest in learning new things.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skill.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Strong persuasive skills to the international clients.
