Skyscrapers is looking for a savvy and tech-oriented HR Intern who is fluent in verbal and written English communication. This is an internship leading to job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Regular updating of communication channels.
  • Supporting the preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Supporting the maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Supporting the preparation and processing of timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encasement and full and final settlement.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

Duration Period: 3 months.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors (HEC recognized university)

Stipend: PKR 15k/month.

Note: This is a full-time office-based internship and only eligible candidates may apply.
