Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats/emails from lead/customers
- Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us
- Test different tactics and channels to optimize the sales process
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Interest in learning new things
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Strong persuasive skills to the international clients
- Past experience in sales is preferred but not required
