Handle inbound/outbound chats/emails from customers.
Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
Must possess tendency to retain pressure.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must possess the ability to retain clients.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.
Experience: Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Salary Package: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
