SlashNext is a team of malware researchers and scientist assembled to provide leading security solutions. We are always in quest of experts who can add value to our company and for that we are looking for System Analyst. Key activities for desired role would be to design and publish guideline which will be followed during SDLC for product / project. You are also required to conduct regular audits to monitor whether defined practices are aligned or not. As a part of daily task you will be strongly supporting to project teams through technical documentation & product solution design. You must be very proficient at translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional requirements for efficient development and project completion. Additionally, you will also perform standard testings and provide solutions to meet quality deliverables. System Analyst report to the VP Engineering and will engage with other stakeholders, including: Project Managers, Developers, Software / QA Engineers, Graphics Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical design and architectural support across project teams
- Interact directly with business-oriented internal stakeholders
- Create supporting documentation and processes for new technology configurations, customizations and functionalities available to clients
- Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems
- Be comfortable navigating database & other technical visualization tools
- Produce high-level visuals and diagrams of solution designs
- Translating client (Internal & External) requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Ensure project documents are complete and placed appropriately against defined repository
- Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration
- Collaborate with the technical leads, developers and participating project teams to ensure technical detail are well communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments tools & technology
- Work with QA to create and execute Quality Assurance test plans to validate functional requirements
Desired Skills:
- Logical & strong analytical approach to problem solving
- Having methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind
- Creating VISIO, UML, Data Flow Diagrams, Functional Design Diagrams, ERD, Functional Specification
- Comfortable with developing application architecture using tools like Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart, Draw.io etc
- Describing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), API Stack, and Overall Technology in Relation to Given Business Use Cases
- Writing and translating Business Requirements to Functional Requirements
- Learning, Researching and Embracing the Loyalty industry
- An interest in the way organizational processes work • Pro-activeness and self-confidence
