We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant located in Sindhi Muslim, Karachi. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, managing financial performance, and developing a strong, engaged team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, food safety, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Drive sales and profitability by monitoring performance metrics, controlling costs, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Manage scheduling, labor productivity, and staff performance to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Execute company policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory with proven experience).
  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, quick-service or casual dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large teams.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets, control costs, and drive sales.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a customer-first mindset.
