- Good knowledge of HR functions, specially HR operations.
- Maintain monthly headcount reports (Joining-Leaving Report) Undertake duties supporting the use of HRMS including making changes into the system and updating the data as and when required.
- Induction of new employees in HRMS.
- Responsible for Advance salary.
- Responsible for Banks ‘employee external verifications & salary slips.
- Handling general queries of employees.
- Responsible for maintaining record of test Sims & pool phone Sims
- Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations
- Collect ongoing information regarding the satisfaction of employees on salary packages and wages, working conditions, etc.
- Keep staff informed on anti-discrimination regulations.
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
- Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
- Maintain employees attendance and leaves record in HRMIS.
- Assist in Payroll.
