JOB PURPOSE:

1.      To create the right communication framework for individuals and organizations to learn and grow.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication skills, optimum presentation, and facilitation.

2.      Coach employees to become better speakers by improving their linguistic skills and confidence.

3.      Coach employees in maintaining the business principles while communicating in any form (written or Verbal).

4.      Help employees practice their verbal, written, and listening skills and body language while giving feedback on improvement.

5.      Focus on providing communication leadership and superior customer service to internal customers (i.e. employees and managers).

6.      Prepare candidates for interviews, including internal, client interviews, and social media question-and-answer events.

7.      Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

8.      Creating educational material, conducting training sessions, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring staff members stay motivated.

9.      Develop, Tweak, and Maintain training procedure manuals, training content and guides, and course materials.

10.   Able to write, improve and vet the technical documentation before presenting it to internal and external clients.

11.   Set and implement the communication strategy across the company.

12.   Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff.

13.   Commission and evaluate agreed internally-delivered interventions and ensure the best use of the Company’s development budgets.

14.   Develop coaching, mentoring, and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
