Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing all the Projects/Products
• Project Planning, Strategy, Meetings, Develop Project Charter, Project Plan
• Resources Capacity Plan (Monthly/Quarterly)
• To Deal with External Clients & Company’s CEO to ensure Management Plan
• Daily Scrum Meeting with CEO and Technical Team
• One on One Meetings with Resources whenever Required
• Apply PMP Process Groups/Knowledge Areas in Ongoing Tasks
• To Ensure that Management Process is always documented
