We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a eCommerce Expert - Shopify In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple Shopify stores for our clients, creating engaging landing pages, redesigning and modifying templates, and implementing strategies to optimize the conversion rate and increase sales ratio.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Ensure all stores are running smoothly, with up-to-date product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Landing Page Creation:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that align with clients' branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure the landing pages effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates and seamless user experience.
- Ensure templates are optimized for responsiveness, mobile compatibility, and fast loading times.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' online stores to identify conversion barriers and areas for improvement.
- Implement CRO strategies, such as A/B testing, heat mapping, and user feedback analysis.
- Optimize sales funnels, product pages, checkout processes, and other elements to maximize conversion rates.
Sales and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, average order value, and bounce rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting improvements, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRO efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
