As a telesales executive, you will talk to potential customers and sell them the services and products related to motor and health insurance. The JD includes but not limited to the following:
Accurately handle customer queries and convert leads into sales
Follow up with customers via email, phone, chat and any other medium which the company may introduce from time to time
Persuasive sales pitch to customer interested in our products
Work closely with partners to ensure lead to sales process and reconciliation
Meet minimum monthly sales target and pursue to achieve higher numbers
Keep updated with new product and services offered by company
Perform other general duties as assigned from time to time
