  • Chase Customer for overdue invoices
  • Send regular statements to the customers
  • Resolve customer queries over phone / email
  • Process customer receipts

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

  • At least Masters Degree (preferably in Finance)
  • Fluent in English language
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationship with the customers
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of double entry
  • Experience of NetSuite
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
