5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function; while 7 or more years of overall experience in software development/testing environment will be preferable.
- Proven work experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum processes and methodologies.
- Experience with performance and security testing will be beneficial.
- Experience leading and providing oversite for QA teams using agile or scrum methodologies;
- Experience in creating and maintain project documents pertaining to the QA function.
- Experience of working with modern documentation and organization tools e.g., Visio, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.
