The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in managing client interactions, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with international clients
- Coordinate project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage communication between internal development teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare and share regular project updates with senior management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses and follow-up
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to agreed timelines
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong command of spoken and written English (fluency required)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
