- At least 3-4 years of work experience in UI/UX Design, product architecture, and design roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience in information architecture, graphic design, HCI, visual design, or digital design.
- Strong conceptual and design skills, a good understanding of UI design fundamentals, the design sprint process, and all its methodologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge and extensive experience working with design, testing, and prototyping software such as but not limited to Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Zeplin, MIRO, etc.
- Understanding and ability to design for all major device/platform guidelines, i.e. Material Design vs iOS, tablet, resolution standards such as SD, HD UHD, web, and responsive web design.
- Experience working within an agile, multidisciplinary team environment, and collaborate with the development or QA team to assure product delivery standards.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products within the transportation and/or the logistics industry is preferred.
