Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering clients’ calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems.
- Providing clients with financial advisory services.
- Handling all outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone gets assisted.
Requirements:
- Good Spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Dedicated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
