Role and Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in the Japanese language
- Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
- Awareness of relevant service levels.
- Providing Japanese language support to our clients and customers
- Translating communications between Japanese
- Interpreting in meetings and calls as required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Japanese clients and partners
- Assisting with Japanese language-related projects as needed
Eligibility:
- Fluent in Japanese (verbal only)
- Adhere of customer support culture
- Open to native and non-native speakers
- Ability to explain complex information
- Exceptional customer support skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members

- Salary is from 100000 to 115000 Basic – Bonus will be added on after Target Achievement

- Timings are from 8:30 to 6:00 – Sat Sunday Off – Morning Shift -
- 3 to 5 days of Training are provided as per standardization of the company culture and processes.
