Job Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible to of answering client’s calls and listening to their concerns and solving problems.
  • Providing clients with financial advisory services.
  • Handling all outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone get assisted.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to explain information in Japanese.
  • Dedicated.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
