SmartSquareLLC is looking for a senior 2D animation artist who can assist us with our ongoing B2B client projects and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, work ethic, and a work portfolio that demonstrates their passion & understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques. Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of branding across all production videos
  • Create compelling, sleek, and effective animations for corporate clients
  •  Should be able to understand the script and make storyboarding before creating an explainer video
  • Should be able to accept changes coming back from clients and do iteration on given time
  • Should be able to meet a deadline for each video
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Always hungry to learn new techniques and skills

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Motion graphics, explainer videos, and graphics design
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography & design skills
  • Visualize the scripts and storyboards to understand animation requirements
  • Expert Knowledge of After effects, Premier Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and other Animation Software
