You will be heading a Call Center Sales Unit for insurance product and will be responsible to manage call center agents to meet monthly sales target.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain complete understanding of insurance product to meet personal sales target and handle customer queries
- Recruit and train agents on insurance products and customer handling on the phone
- Ensure agents are maintaining satisfactory sales and quality performance scorecards by tracking there call / email handle time, total # of calls / emails taken, Speed of Answer, Sales etc
- Idenitfy areas of improvement to improve productivity of call center agents and quality of calls
- Track performance of agents by following SOPs defined to manage accurate information of CRM and others tools
- Proactive in identifying agent and team level areas needing improvement and identify and execute ways to increase productivity and compliance.
- Generate Sales through customer sales calls, callback, emails and chats
