We’re seeking a highly skilled LLM Developer to design, fine-tune, and deploy large language model–driven applications. You’ll work with cutting-edge open-source and commercial AI tools, integrating LLMs into real-world products that enhance automation, reasoning, and user experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Falcon, etc.) and is comfortable customizing, evaluating, and optimizing them for production use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and multimodal AI models for various business use cases.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI API.
- Evaluate open-source and proprietary models for performance, cost, latency, and alignment with requirements.
- Develop APIs and scalable backend systems for LLM-powered applications.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Build evaluation pipelines to measure LLM output quality, relevance, and factuality.
- Optimize model performance through quantization, pruning, caching, and other efficiency techniques.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions safely and effectively.
- Stay current with advances in generative AI, MLOps, and AI safety best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI application development.
- Hands-on experience with multiple LLM frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Meta Llama, Hugging Face, Ollama).
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, PEFT, vLLM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Experience integrating LLMs into production systems via APIs or custom deployments.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).
- Knowledge of MLOps and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ray, MLflow).
- Ability to read and interpret academic papers and implement state-of-the-art models.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal models (text + image + audio).
- Exposure to model alignment, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Background in distributed training or inference optimization.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI).
