Job role
- Initial Recruitment and Hiring Processes.
- Scrutinize all candidates
- After Initial interviews report to Head of Department
- Maintain all employees’ documentation record & send to Head office.
- Maintain daily attendance of particular office & must focus at “on & off” timings.
- Apply Leaves & attendance policies & all the other policies set by the Head office
- Prepare payroll for particular office & submit it to Head of the department
- Arrange Training programs such as performance boosting training, personality grooming, capacity building training, and focus on Development of employees for particular office.
- Conduct meetings & submit daily, weekly & monthly report directly to Head of department
- Prepare performance appraisal monthly report & send to Head office
- To handle employees complains & report to HR Head
- Maintain Company Culture & have to focus on dress code.
- Suggest & assist in Managing Employee Benefits
- Create a Safe Working Environment.
- Handle Disciplinary Actions
- You have to directly report to Head of the department
- Implement all approved policies sent by Head office
- Your all reports are submitted to Head of the department
Skills required
- Education – MS, MBA in HR or other similar qualification. Strong IT, Maths, Accounting and Communication skills required.
- Candidates with fluent spoken English will be preferred.
- Hardworking, ethical, trustworthy and reliable. Expert in MS-Office
