SmashCloud is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join its fast-growing team. The role is primarily for backend development but any experience in frontend technologies will be a plus
Requirements:
1. Should have at least two years professional development experience, with at least one major project in NodeJS (multiple smaller projects is fine also)
2. Experience with NodeJS frameworks, such as Express
3. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming
4. Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
5. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders such as the team lead, to plan and report on progress
6. Experience of working with front-end developers on assisting in integration, managing expectations and have a strong understanding of their workflow
7. Experience with Cloud Technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus
8. Independently work on specific modules in a project and lead junior team members towards project delivery
