- Deal walk-in customers, gathering client complete personal information , master plan and logging into ERP- SAP/information book
- Follow-up the dimensions from dimension takers and placed in pending file in design department
- Follow-up with designer after 3-4 working days about the client’s design
- Set a meeting with client for presentation and address the changes timely during presentation
- Coordination with design department for any changes/query in design on later stages after final presentation.
- Responsible for quotation generation, order booking, dispatch, order management and complaints co-ordination.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present report.
- Coordination with Planning regarding Client order in production.
- Ensure the availability of items & finishes before preparing the design/ file.
- Clients order verification and processing on 75% advance payment.
- Coordination with planning at the time of booking unavailable item and must informed client the delivery time which is approx. 4 months’ time for special orders and 45 days for ready to stock material
- Responsible for the order processing to factory, follow up till the completion of project as per committed time.
- Ensuring the timely closure of kitchen projects as per layouts and plan finalized
