Primary Position Objective
We're looking for a person for effective communicators to form a new team of empathetic, supportive customer support gurus for a new communications system. This position will put you at the forefront of service delivery in the online age and will require a high degree of understanding of the system that you will be providing support for.
Part of your role will also involve proactively getting in touch with new and prospective clients who are interested in the system and using your unique position as someone who understands the ins and outs of the systems to demonstrate to them how our system can help them.
Candidates Must have:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls of customers.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
