This position is responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities in order to improve company search rankings. The candidate must have knowledge of and practice advanced SEO tactics. The position requires the candidate to proactively implement on-page and off-page SEO.
The candidate must have experience and be well versed with tactics, such as link building, metadata, site/page speed, site architecture, content strategy, mobile optimization, and algorithm updates. Must have familiarity with some SEO tools like SEMRUSH, AHREF, MOZ, Google Analytics, and Webmasters.
The position also requires the individual to monitor, analyze, and report upon specific search engine rankings and traffic volume. A main function of the position will focus on the ability to boost current search engine positions in results pages that are providing traffic and those that are not or desired. The candidate must utilize the best tools available to aid performance and strategy. candidate should have leadership ability to lead the internees and transfer their skills to others.
Responsibilities:
- Grow traffic, conversions, and revenue for the loans and credit card niches
- Advanced keyword and subject matter research
- Content and merchandising strategy
- The content briefing, writing, formatting, layout design, and editing
- Creative design and rich media creation
- Testing to increase ranking, engagement, and conversion
- Advanced on-page SEO and off-site content marketing
- Analysis and reporting on the performance of the content
Essential requirements:
- Ability to identify SEO problems and propose solutions.
- On-page Optimization and Off-page optimization.
- All Associated steps, including website structure, Technical SEO, keyword analysis, Meta tags, titles, submissions, traffic analysis, and rank optimization, etc.
- Coordination with clients for SEO implementation.
- Deep understanding of building organic traffic and improving SERPs.
- Content writing skill is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Algorithm
- Need to generate data on a daily basis and show progress.
- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing website traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
- Research and identify URL architecture, page errors, content and navigational issues, and other factors that impact the technical performance of a website.
- Work heavily with SEO tools, especially Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, Moz and Deep Crawl, SEM Rush, etc.
- Work on the ON page levels and make the keywords and revenue perform for Clients’ websites.
