We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM).The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets, guiding a team of field sales representatives, and building strong client relationships.This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver consistent performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve both personal and team targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations for potential and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Implement an effective sales tracking and reporting system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior management.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling objections professionally.
  • Conduct daily and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the SAAS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in negotiation and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Proven success in IT sales, particularly in generating new business.
  • In-depth understanding of IT solutions with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, including Revenue by Product, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Total Addressable Market (TAM).

Job Details

  • Compensation: PKR 60,000 to 80,000 + Commission (75% to 100% on each sale)
