We are currently seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team on-site at the Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling social media content, managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, and developing communication strategies that enhance brand presence. This role involves daily tasks such as writing and scheduling posts, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute digital strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using appropriate tools to maintain consistent online presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media coordination or digital marketing roles.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
