Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design compelling social media content, including images, captions, reels, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with our websites and projects to boost visibility and engagement.
- Manage and maintain active social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Drive growth in followers, engagement, and overall reach through innovative strategies and community interaction.
- Monitor social media performance metrics regularly and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong expertise in content creation and social media marketing techniques.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing deadlines efficiently.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000, depending on experience and skill level.
