Social Media Manager

Tech Spectrum Ai Solutions, located in Lahore, is a pioneer in AI-driven innovation, providing advanced technological solutions that enable businesses to optimize their processes and accelerate growth. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our onsite team at our Millat Chowk office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence by creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Working closely with the marketing team, you will implement strategies to increase brand awareness, boost engagement, and promote our services within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will create and manage compelling content such as text, images, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience. Monitoring social media channels for comments and messages is essential, ensuring timely responses to maintain active community engagement. You will analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing team is crucial to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices will help continuously refine strategies. Additionally, you will plan and execute campaigns to promote events, product launches, and key company initiatives. Building and nurturing relationships with the online community to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy is a key part of this role. Managing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads will also be required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar capacity. A strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with digital marketing strategies, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, complemented by a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail and design. Experience with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite is necessary. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members is important. Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are expected. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
