We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies that support our business goals. This role involves creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance data to drive audience growth and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging while actively engaging with our online community. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage diverse content formats including text, images, videos, reels, and stories to engage target audiences.
- Oversee the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance strategy effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates; prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Engage actively with followers by responding promptly to inquiries and fostering a positive online community atmosphere.
- Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights to improve social media presence and growth.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing effective social media strategies.
- Strong skills in content creation across multiple formats including written, visual, and video content.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online communities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
