Social Media Representative

Lakhani Group, a well-established and rapidly growing leader in the digital industry, is looking for a creative and proactive female Social Media Representative to join their team on a part-time basis. Based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C, this role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance the company’s brand presence and foster meaningful engagement across various social media platforms. The position requires working hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective social media strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness and audience engagement. Create engaging, tailored content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels to identify trends, gather insights, and engage with followers promptly. Respond professionally to messages and comments to maintain strong community relationships. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that content and campaigns align with overall business objectives. Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements to optimize campaign results. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have approximately six months of experience in social media management. A strong understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is important.
