The M&E Officer roles and responsibilities include:

·          Support SPU towards the development of M&E strategy and action plans;

·         Support the development of MIS based M&E tools for the programmatic monitoring and evaluation and ensuring implementation through provincial and field staff;

·         Support and oversee consultants/firms hired for evaluation and research, including reviewing outputs;

·         Coordinate field activities with firms responsible for Impact Evaluation, including baseline survey, end-line surveys, and other surveys supporting M&E and research; and

·         Track the progress and ensure implementation of the feedback received through internal and external monitoring and evaluation process.
