Experience:  Minimum experience 15 years in public and/or private sector with provincial/national/ international organization(s) demonstrating evidence of operations management, achieving results and graduation to responsible positions. Candidate with three years field specific operational experience would be preferred; A thorough practical knowledge of Project Management and project lifecycle approach/concepts is required; Should have excellent command on MS office and working knowledge of project scheduling and management software e.g. MS Project, Primavera etc.; Strong familiarity with the provincial context, including different tiers of government and donor agencies operating in the area of Social Protection; Written and oral fluency in Urdu and English. Knowledge of regional language (Sindhi) will be considered as an advantage; and proven ability to work in a collaborative, multi-tier team environment; and Good communication, people management, and writing skills.

Selections shall be made in accordance with the procedures prescribed in World Bank’s, “Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (July 2016)”.  

 Interested Consultants may submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with CV to Program Coordinator, Social Protection Unit, Accelerated Action Plan for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition, Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh through courier at following address latest by September 25th, 2018 during office hours.
