We are looking for experienced Sales Representative with great verbal communication skills, for UK’s furniture market,
Responsibilities
- Be proficient in English
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management.
- Document Filling.
- Manage all task given by seniors.
- Keeping files up to Date.
- Direct selling
- Out-bound calling.
Skills
- Previous experience in call center or office reception or in Sales
- Basic Computer Knowledge is a must
- Operate MS Office & Enter Data.
- Must have Skills Both Manual & Computerized.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Able to work according to UK’s working hours.
- British Accent English speaking with fluency will be an added advantage
