About the Role

We are looking for a graphic designer who is excited about improving customer experiences through effective design. You will work across a variety of products, including online banners, both static and animated, infographics, digital material for blogs, picture editing, basic video editing, basic motion graphics, and all the printing material for our brand identity. You should have a keen eye for good design, and be able to execute work autonomously.

What will you be doing:

• In charge of the designing of digital assets (illustrations/gifs/photos/videos) across platform touchpoints, creating high-quality design assets that communicate our brand identity and purpose
• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct an ongoing user research
• Distil complex processes and information and produce infographics that communicate simply to customers.
• Be able to confidently present your design rationale and decisions to stakeholders through good design principles
• Communicate with designers from other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in brand design and direction
• Maintain well-structured asset repository and project documents

Requirements

• A design-related degree or certification, or work experience in a similar role
• A design-related degree or certification, or work experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect
• Has knowledge of prototyping tools or prototyping environments and web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, etc.
• Have passion on how to create a good user experience of various requirements and target audience groups.
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• A strong inclination towards enabling the best possible customer experience.
• 2-3+ years of design experience
• An available online portfolio
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Must be an expert in Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Wireframe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2D animation software, Adobe animate experience preferable
• Solid project management skills including, planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
• Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners
• Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX, and UI Design beneficial
• Relentless desire for innovation and creativity.
