For about a decade, SwipBox has been a software company with a hardware solution, providing parcel logistics companies with innovative software solutions along with solid hardware, which has set new standards for parcel lockers.

Skills Required
· Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and monitoring of Amazon Cloud Services.
· Build, manage, and administer a diverse mission-critical IT environment in Cloud using Amazon.
· Working experience with AWS Services i.e. EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Security groups, Route 53, Site to Site VPN connections, Transit Gateway, AWS Lambda, IAM, Cloud front, Cloud formation, Cloud Watch, AWS Secret Manager, CICD. AWS DMS.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of Client, Server VPN. Site to Site route and policy-based VPN.
· Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
· Performs systems administration functions, including design and deployment of new systems.
· Manage Active Directory, LDAP, DNS and DHCP.
· Virtualization experience in VMware, Vcenter, ESXi, Hyper-V, VSphare.
· Strong technical knowledge and experience in Office 365
· Work with disaster recovery and failover systems to ensure continuity of business.
· Install, upgrade, maintain and document Amazon infrastructure.
· Have solid experience of the following areas: VMWare, ESXi, Hyper-V, Monitoring and infrastructure services such as DNS, Proxy, LDAP/AD others.
· Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
· Provide and plan after-hours or weekend support when necessary.
· Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring those same activities are properly aligned with organization’s objectives.
· Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
· Manage, Monitor and ensure to systems from external and internal threats
· Provides level 2 and level 3 support to IT operations personnel when required.
· Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
· Vendor management as required
