·        Supervision of finance and accounts activities

·        Bookkeeping, client invoicing and follow-up payments, ledger maintenance, day book management (in excel or software)

·        Sales tax return submission

·        Liaison with the bank for LC or others

·        Quotation preparation and order follow-up

·        Strong Knowledge / Hands on experience on Quickbooks, Sage 50 and ERP

·        Should implement organizational policies 

·         Able to perform administration duties
