We require experienced CSR with EXCELLENT ENGLISH speaking and listening skills and those who are able to work with team members. IELTS certification will be a plus point.
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
- Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
- Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
- Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
- Maintain Daily Call Log.
- Manage the online panel as well (We'll train you, how to use that)
