- The customer support representative is a dual role requiring good customer skills as well as IT skills to assist customers enquiries and complex issues.
- Dealing with customers and internal enquiries from multiple channels including email, internal systems and on the phone.
- Excellent spoken & written skills in English are essential for this role as you will be dealing with customers/partners based in the UK.
- Your role as a customer support will be to assist customers via email and on the phone as well as the internal systems.
- You will also be expected call businesses to inform them regarding issues or queries they have.
